Its always interesting when a hand drawn map pops up of an area that you recognise. At AIG we use these hand drawn maps as a key part of early research into a city, it helps to explain the day to day experiences of pedestrians, whether locals or visitors.
This map was spotted on Hand Drawn Maps blog (which is worth a visit if you’re into this kind of thing) and hopefully reproduction is ok with them. Go visit their site. I thoguht it might be interesting to show it along side the same section of Glasgow map from the AIG / Glasgow Council scheme:
